Glucose

Glucose is purified and concentrated natural, nourishing corn syrup produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch. In our plant we produce all glucose types from G38 to G63

Some characteristics of glucose are:

  • It is transparent, colouless and natural;
  • Calorie rich, nourishing;
  • Ensures standard product every time;
  • Decreasing stiffness and increasing easy chewing quality;
  • Preserves shape of final products during cutting, packaging and storing;
  • Increasing glance and transparency of product
  • Prevents drying of products because of its moisture characteristics, makes producs more soft.
