Fructose

Fructose is purified and concentrated natural, nourishing corn syrup produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch. In our plant we produce 5 types of fructose as CPC F-10, CPC F-20, CPC F-30, CPC F-42 and CPC F-55.

Some characteristics of fructose are:

  • Adds special favor to pastry;
  • Has neutral taste, helps to increase aroma and fruit favors in foods;
  • Prevents drying and crystallization;
  • Increasing glance;
  • Extends storage life;
  • Makes product mealy and solid;
  • Ensures standard product every time;
  • Increasing glance and transparency of product;
